Tyler Porter started this petition to Fhume97

Bring back tylerthegreatsport as Co-Owner! Since he was banned, average activity has been cut in half on Burger King. Tyler was banned for things that happened in DMs after putting in over a week worth of time in-game alone, and sending more messages in the Discord server than he had to some friends that he had known much longer than Fhume, who he met a year or two before he gained ownership of Burger King. Despite the attempts by the SHRs to hide it, the SHR structure has been struggling without Tyler's leadership, multiple SHRs agree. The reason the group is dying is that Fhume is busy with other matters [like destroying people in ARK ;)] and cannot supervise everything as well as he would like to, which was why Tyler was there, to do what Fhume was unavailable to do, to keep the group alive in his absence. Tyler does not take pride in many of his qualities, but one that he does take pride in is his leadership ability, the same leadership ability that had the group thriving only months ago. Despite what formerly/currently blacklisted people say, Tyler is not actually racist, he has always stood against racism ever since he found out what the word meant in first grade. He just made some dark jokes, and if we were all banned every time we made a joke like that, not even Fhume would be there still. Tyler has also said he will issue a formal apology to the entire community and all allies of Burger King if this petition is accepted, and even issue some personal apologies.

Here are just some things that former HRs said to Tyler regarding why they resigned and other things related to the topic:

"it was pretty fun until u were demoted" one former HR said, stating that it got boring once Tyler was demoted. Multiple other former HRs agreed with this statement, some even saying that it was one of the major contributions to their resignation.

"the group lost its popularity" another former HR said after being asked what happened as a result of Tyler's demotion.

Numerous former HRs agreed that the group became toxic without Tyler once he was demoted, many former employees noted this as a reason why they resigned.

Former HRs strongly agreed that the group quickly became overly strict without Tyler, a couple of them stating that it is one of the reasons they resigned.

"none of the shrs would really interact at all" said multiple former HRs regarding the impact of Tyler's demotion on the community, a couple of them stating that it is one of the reasons they resigned.

Tyler cares about the community and wants it to thrive, which is why he put so much of his time and effort into it and is also why he is willing to do it again.

As part of his apology to Fhume, Tyler will NOT request pay unless Fhume offers it. A written apology to Fhume will also be issued by Tyler.

Tyler will also issue an apology to the entire SHR team.

If Fhume agrees to this, the only things Tyler wants from him is his former position of Co-Owner and powers with all moderation actions against Tyler undone and a chance to earn his trust back.

Now, you may be wondering, "What do the SHRs think?" Well, I'll tell you what they've told me:

Multiple SHRs agree that peek activity has been on a decline since shortly after Tyler was demoted.

Numerous SHRs agree that they need me back, which is why I am making this petition.

Multiple SHRs agree that they are not even aware of most changes to the community when the community is told that SHRs were spoken to and in agreement with the change.

Note: This petition will be updated soon, please consider everything that I have said (fr I skipped the majority of school today to make this), and sign if you support my return. Share this with your friends so we can make our mission known.
