Lions park playground is great place for all ages to enjoy. However with 2 year old twins, I believe the playground is to close (less then  30 metres)  to the road to not be fenced for the safety of children, especially around school times and weekends, there is a lot of traffic. 

if the playground was fenced, it would help the parents  with young children relax while the children enjoyed the playground and Small section of the grassed area.
