The front fence at 5821 McShann Rd was recently installed without a permit and exceeds the legal height limits. The immediate neighbors of 5821 McShann and the other residents of the street  would like the fence removed  as it violates city code.  Mcshann is residential street with original owners dating back to the 1960’s and take pride in their street’ appearance and it’s history.  All the residents also pay taxes, none are tax exempt.   The 5821 fence looks like a commercial security fence that a institution would  have.    If security is an issue, security cameras should suffice.
