FEMA is supposed to do conduct a through environmental study before anything is done.   They are ignoring the administration’s call for renewable energy.  They are ignoring the PEOPLE of Puerto Rico’s wish for renewable energy.  They want to import Liquid Natural Gas to the Island. That would be devastating to the environment of Puerto Rico.  Please don’t let FEMA ruin our island anymore.  As far as the Natural Gas issue, google LNG Tankers. I have a picture of one.  Their explosions are huge, and usually everyone on board dies.  I was a Merchant Mariner for 10 years and I would never Sal on one.  This is what they want to do to the island.  Let’s stop FEMA from spending the money to save the island, not destroy it!  My family is from the island I pretty much grew up there, even though I was born in the US. I want it to be there for my grandchildren to enrich themselves with our culture like my grandma did for me.  Please sign and save Puerto Rico
