The tenant in #03-09 has been a source of noise pollution since her move in mid 2021. 

She refuses to close her main door, allowing her conversations, arguments, and noise to pollute the hallways of a once tranquil luxury apartment. Her son would venture out into the hallways, stomping his feet or screaming. On weekends she would have people over, but refuses to close her main door, thus making this luxury apartment appearing like a fish market. Her visitors and their kids would also contribute to the noise pollution. Her son would also be walking around naked whilst her main door if left open.

She has been rude to fellow neighbours, and even led the previous tenant in #03-10 to move out due to her inconsiderate behaviour. She has zero regard for her neighbours here. She has argued multiple times with various neighbours who have tried to ask her to be more considerate.

She has been rude to the security guards and property management who have attempted to request her to change her behaviour.

There have been multiple complaints as well as police reports filed.

The Property Management is trying to get in touch with her landlord in hopes of finding a solution to this problem. They have advised to report any incidents of nuisance to the property management so that they can build a case against the tenant in #03-09.
