Dear sir/madam,
My name is Vignesh V, born and raised in the beautiful city of Mangaluru. Diving right into "why" of this letter, of late I have noticed a lot of men and women (mostly women) running around the city with poor OX(yethu). And am pretty sure you have noticed it too. Albeit it looks like a very frivolous Matter to bring upon your notice at the surface, but if we dig a little deep it's wrong in so many ways. Firstly, these people are outsiders because us Mangaloreans work hard for our living, not beg using poor animals as our accessories. and secondly people who "run" it are completely fit i.e both physically and mentally. So they can actually work rather than beg.
Thirdly, it's quite dangerous to the fellow walkers and passer-by as these animals can get enraged at slightest of changes.
Finally the most important point and the main reason to write this letter is we are a city under the "smart City" planning, Mangalore is always known to be clean and beautiful. Going forward I don't think we want these poor animals loafing quite dangerously around the city and dumping feces all around. Am hoping that my voice gets heard and some changes will be made.
