We hereby ask that the US government and military go above and beyond to prevent hunger  in Ukraine while the war is ongoing. With the current situation it is very easy for the populous to be cut off from a supply of basic goods, including but not limited to food and clean water. It is in this light that, We the People, request further assistance to Ukraine’s civilians, military, and POWs in the form of MREs, dry and canned goods, pallets of bottled water, and basic medicine and prescription drugs. 

As the war rages on these people cannot be reached by organizations such as the Red Cross/Crescent/Crystal and it is our duty to protect those who are sheltering, injured, and those protecting Democracy by all means, short of committing Forces that would enflame the situation. Supplying basic food, water, and medicine is supplying the other basic rights along side the protection we have given in the form of defensive weaponry.
