Infants under 1 can not have cow's milk and only rely on either breastmilk or formula to SURVIVE. There is a current supply chain issue and formula recalls that prevent families from obtaining the formula their baby NEEDS to live. We need to make this issue a PRIORITY. Most of the formula shelves are empty in large and small retail stores. Let's sign this petition to get obtaining formula on the priority list.
