Get FedEx to do right by Denis

Denis Mura signed up for the 2018 Blade show and decided to use FedEx to ship his blades from Italy to Atlanta. The package was supposed to arrive in Atlanta on May 30, but it never did. Denis tried contacting FedEx and it was a hassle to get someone on the phone.
After a few email, some phone calls and quite a bit of patience, he was told that his package was lost. It was then found but would only arrive on June 2. The only problem was that the blade show ran June 1-3.
Denis had spent $3,000 on flights, accommodation and table space, but he would not be able to display his knives until towards the end of the show. He might have as well stayed in Italy, because there is no point in attending a blade show if you cannot exhibit your pieces. We are thus, starting a campaign so FedEx, recognizes they have messed up and reimburse Denis the money he has lost on this trip. Click here to learn more about the story.
