Sent a package to USA containing Once in a lifetime original documents related to visa.

FedEx lost track of the package at its Memphis warehouse.

The package was lost not by Act of God, but rather careless handling by FedEx employees

In the meanwhile my Visa expired, lost my US job and my life turned upside down.

FedEx response to lost document was "it happens sometimes, shipping labels get lost" and compensated me with Ten Thousand Rupees.

Is this all the so called value that FedEx has towards its customers ?

"FedEX provide the services you are supposed to or compensate the customers to their true loss"
