Purpose: National and International Scope Initiative
Behavioral Health Transformation for Family and Businesses on Social Media

Problem: The Online Community are cohesively working together to Prevent and Stop content creators from promoting and engaging in the  "dragging" kids culture on social media platforms. The "dragging" culture includes but not limited to, Cyber Child Abuse in all forms, Abduction, Cyber Bullying, Doxing, Harassment, Stalking, Trafficking, violence, and/or disabling a family or business infrastructure from developing through these malicious acts. These "dragging" kids through video content and postings online must STOP!. Your signature and committed advocacy will help these behaviors and organized acts that have led to offline criminal activities to further harm a child, family, or business to develop is needed IMMEDIATELY!!

The No Dragging Kids Campaign Offenses may be interrelated and is described as follows:

I.      Child Cruelty: A parent, guardian, or other person attacking a child under the age of 18 commits the offense of cruelty to children by uploading, livestream, posting, or coordinating in the first degree when such person willfully deprives the child of necessary sustenance to the extent that the child's health or well-being

a.     Child Abuse or Maltreatment: aggressive pressure or intimidation that derived from a contentious online disagreement or argument Child abuse or child maltreatment is physical, sexual, and/or psychological maltreatment or neglect of a child or children, or adults who were traumatized as a child, especially by a stranger online. Child abuse may include any act that results in actual or potential harm to a child online or offline social media platforms.

The terms child abuse and child maltreatment  are often used interchangeably, although some researchers make a distinction between them, treating child maltreatment as an umbrella term to cover neglect, doxing, harassment, bullying, exploitation, and trafficking via an online social media platform.

Different jurisdictions have developed their own stance towards mandatory reporting, different definitions of what constitutes child abuse for the purposes of removing children from their families or for prosecuting a criminal charge.

c.     Child Abduction: Child abduction or child theft is the unauthorized removal of a minor (a child under the age of legal adulthood) from the custody of the child's natural parents or legally appointed guardians.

d.     Trafficking: is human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, including sexual slavery.[ A victim is forced, in one of a variety of ways, into a situation of dependency on their trafficker(s) and then used by said trafficker(s) to give sexual services to customers.[There are three types of activities defined as sex trafficking crimes: acquisition, transportation and exploitation. this includes child sex tourism (CST), domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST) or other kinds of commercial sexual exploitation of children, and prostitution navigated from online social media platforms. Sex trafficking is one of the biggest criminal businesses in the world.

II.     Cyber Bullying: the use of electronic communication to bully a person or child under 18 years of age, typically by uploading videos or sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature. suggesting the presence of danger; threatening online.

a.     Harassment: aggressive pressure or intimidation that derived from an online disagreement or argument.

b.    Stalking: The crime of stalking can be simply described as the unwanted pursuit of another person, their family, or friends offline or online via a social media platform. This includes repeated harassing or threatening behavior toward another person, whether that person is a total stranger, slight acquaintance, current or former intimate partner, or anyone else.

III.    Doxing: Search for and publish private or identifying information about (a particular individual) on the Internet, typically with malicious intent or malicious harm.

The revised petition is to bring further awareness and offer real solutions to prevent and stop  irreversible harm to family and business development on social media beginning with  trailing YouTube as the 1st Phase of the No Dragging Kids Campaign initiative on social media platforms.

We Encourage the Online Community To Take A Closer Look and Recognize the Signs of Cyber Child Abuse for Mental Health Relief in Families. We request 3,000 signatures for the appended Offender.
