Renee Brown started this petition to Federal Judicial System

Jordan Nathaniel Brown was my light and my best accomplishment. He loves basketball and skateboarding. He was in the ROTC and the manager of the basketball team for 4 years. He graduated in 2018 from Station Camp High School. He was found in the passenger seat of his car, dead on October 6, 2019. The police determined that his body had been moved but no one called 911 or did anything until after 8:30 that morning. His car was in the rode and it was the nearest house that called the police. I, his mother, didn't know until January what caused his death because of the autopsy results. They are saying that the only crime committed was a misdemeanor for moving his body...nothing for not calling 911, nothing for tampering with the evidence because they didn't know what caused his death. If you do move the body, the law should be stricter. No parent should have to go through that and not know what happened... because if they simply called 911, possibly he could have been saved. No one should go unpunished for that. Currently, there is no law saying you have to call 911, unless you are a first responder. I think that this law should be required for everyone.
