End Blackouts in Nigeria
0 have signed. Let’s get to 100!
For over 2 decades Nigeria has suffered from daily blackouts day in and out which has led to an over reliance on personal generators which is bad for the environment and also expensive energy expenses for residents. Businesses spend over 17% of their overhead to run their own generating plants because of undependable power supply.
In 2017, Nigeria ranked at the second worst electric supply according to the spectator index. Nigerian residents and citizens deserve uninterrupted power supply. But a deep study reveals the problem is not merely technical, it is political and unethical. After over 2 decades of this experience, enough is enough. It is time for all Nigerians to rise up and give the federal government an ultimatum to deliver uninterrupted power supply. If the national grid needs to be redone, let it be redone. Enough is enough. Time's Up!
