The Cannabis plant has been used for beneficial purposes for longer than human language has existed and up until federal alcohol prohibition which ended in the early 1930’s there is simply no historical evidence to the existence of “marijuana” that is because the name was made up to make it sound scary and new as most most Americans knew of the “drug” before that there is only mention of Cannabis and Cannabis was sold in your local drug store as a medicine. Medical cannabis is nothing new it is simply being marketed as such. The cannabis plant also has the ability to solve many of our problems us humans have created such as harmful plastics being littered on streets as well as melted down into fumes that some say contributes to global warming also deforestation can also be minimized greatly as when you grow trees it takes many years for a tree to grow enough just so that it will be cut down into paper where it takes only a few months to grow one plant which can obviously be multiplied greatly and used to make hemp paper or hemp plastic Cannabis can also be made into an amazing fiber for uses like rope or clothing and much more humans often used cannabis in many many ways some would say it was a billion dollar crop back when Lincoln was giving his famous Gettysburg address Cannabis is finally being seen as good but that is nowhere near its true potential which I aim to help the public realize
