Covaxin uses an inactive virus method to produce their Covid 19 vaccine. This method has been proven for decades that it is safe for use in vaccination of our young children. The vaccine as recently applied for EUA in the United States for children age 2-18. As an American and a parent, we deserve a vaccine option besides mRNA and should have the right to choose. We currently vaccinate our children annually with inactive virus vaccines for Polio and Influenza and should have the right to safely and confidently give our children a solution that is tested and true.
