Federal Ministry of Agriculture And Rural Development (FMARD) Nigeria under the Agriculture for Food and Hop Plan (AFJP) had engaged 1000s exited npower beneficiaries in June 2020 to enumerate farmers across the country with an agreement to pay the enumerators on weekly bases but since the inception of this program they've breach the contract agreement. As at May this year, they came up with soil sampling assignment and they promise that the payment would be upon submission of the soil but till this moment they've not make a single payment regarding it. Attached here is my engagement letter. All calls made to the Fmard center they keep saying payment is on process we should be patient. The balance of 50% for the month of June - February has not been made, meanwhile the program is still on till this moment (December). We "the enumerators" have surfer a lot of humiliation from farmers in our localities because the program have not being of any benefit to them as expected.

• We want all the human right organization to come and help us out in these. We have been subjected to poverty because we used pur savings to execute the task given to is by Fmard, thinking something good will come out from them, the economy of our country is bad. The youth are wailing! Help!!!
