This person, by the name of Alister Mycroft, is a bad person who needs to be blocked from the internet forever, and placed behind bars. Reasons why is because he chooses to ruin people's lives by cyberbullying them for no reason at all, and the FBI, here are the crimes he committed. Impersonation, 2 Hate Crimes, 2 attempted False reports to the CIA, Threatening to burn 60+ people, Child Abuse, Attempted Sexual Assault, and Identity Theft. If you need evidence, just let me know so that everyone can feel safe.
