On December 1st, 2019 a young man by the name of Jordan Oliver was shot and killed unjustifiably by State Troopers in the location of Warrior Run, Pennsylvania.

Jordan Oliver arrived to Nanticoke High School to meet up with his girlfriend, Samara. Samara's mother had issued a PFA against Jordan in May of 2019 due to abuse allegations. Samara's mother then would still allow Samara to talk to Jordan by personally driving her to Jordan's home. Jordan and Samara had dated since early 2018 and both posted eachother on social media. In a news interview with Samara, she stated they were "on-again, off-again" most of the relationship. Samara's father is a Police Officer in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania ; "Her father had been sending threats to Jordan days prior he had been killed." (According to Jordan's father)

At the Nanticoke High school, a police officer was dispatched to the scene for a report of a male threatening a girl with a knife to her neck. Samara was placed in the police vehicle and Jordan had then been maced and tazed by two police officers before stealing the police interceptor. As the vehicle was stolen, he was shot in the leg through the vehicle while he was fleeing. There was a BOLO issues for the vehicle around 4:50pm. Samara helped Jordan then  bandage his wounded leg. Multiple people were communicating with Jordan and Samara via text, call, and Facebook during the time they were in the vehicle. Police were notified by multiple people that Jordan had mental health issues and was suicidal and to please not hurt him. He was court mandated to go through counceling, so pulling up his name it would show up in his records, as well as other previous crimes he had committed. Around 8:40pm, an Amber Alert had been issued for Samara. There were supposedly no gps tracker in the police interceptor, and although they were both active on Facebook, police still could not ping their location. While Jordan could not drive due to being maced in the eyes, Samara admitted she had to drive the vehicle away from the police in an interview with a local news station. Eventually, SERT team had went to their location and according to Samara, Jordan was shot, killed, and died in her arms. Samara then started posting comments on social media stating, "People made it seem like he was going to murder me when he wasn't. He just wouldn't let me go". During the search, Jordan had been in contact with his father, and 2 State Troopers were at Jordan's father's home. It is now December 3rd, 2019 as I write this article and Jordan's father still had yet to get clarification on why the State Police had used deadly force against Jordan, while all he had on him was a knife.

12/04/2019 UPDATE:

We have recieved news that Jordan was in fact, shot multiple times in his face and his head via Coroner.

Please sign this petition to help bring to light Jordan's situation.

Thank you.
