Airlines needs to inform passengers of high risk of strokes due to sitting too long on long distance flights.

I recently went on a trip to England and on returning suffered a stroke, due to a blood clot, which probably formed while I was seated for 14 hours, only getting up twice to use restroom. I was lucky and made a full recovery, however after talking to a nurse in the hospital, it is not a rare thing, especially  for older passengers. Let's see if we can save some lives and get airlines to explain to passengers on board to either get up periodically or do some foot/ leg exercises while they are seated. Lets get the FAA to make it mandatory to have airlines inform their passengers.
