Many loved ones are suffering Needlessly due to understaffed and overwhelmed nursing home workers , causing residence to be neglected and or abused in different forms , it could be a simple as your loved one being overlooked at a meal time, and they were left hungry, but it’s not simple because your loved one does not deserve to be overlooked, does not deserve to go hungry! Or your loved one laying on the floor for hours, until an over whelmed staff member finally gets back to the room, which hours could have passed by! Or your loved one simply laying and they’re soiled mess, because there is not enough staff to attend to them promptly! it Hass to change,!! Our loved ones are suffering! This should be the best time of their life, yet a lot of them suffer, simply because they are looked over, not attended to because of staffing issues, our love ones are left to suffer this Has to change! Yeah it is understandable to be understaffed, but it is not whatsoever acceptable for any of these loved ones/elderly patients, to be living out the final times in their life in these horrible situation!! 
please I urge I beg you to take the time to sign this petition, we need greater change for these voiceless and unseen elderly residents! sign the petition for change, for someone that you love, who may be in a nursing facility now, or may end up in one in their later years in life! No one deserves to be neglected and or abused! Contact the federal and state governments who regulate these nursing homes, please help me to make the badly need to changes that are so desperate for our loved ones!
