Addressing the stigma associated with Mental health Canada. As a society we need to show our support to stoping mental health. Many people who dealing with a mental health illness or concern, do not have loved ones supporting them, seeking help could be embarrassing. 

The government needs to provide support for those who need resources for mental health awareness. Encourage individuals to get the help they need to have the quality of life they require. 

We need to talk about mental health stigma! show non judgemental approaches on social media, read about it in print and mass media. If we can talk about mental health in communities from a supportive  point of view, we may be able eliminate the stigma.
