Is Dairy Addictive? We want to know more about casomorphin. 

There are minimal studies into the effects of casomorphin in dairy products. Although data has surfaced about casomorphin exhibiting similar qualities to that of opiates such as morphine, the scientific evidence is lacking. It is in the consumer's best interest to have more information about this compound's effect on the human brain and overall health. 

This petition is urging large food safety organizations to perform detailed studies into the qualities of casomorphin in regards to human health and addiction. 

Please sign this petition if you believe it is your right to know the facts about dairy and addiction and if you would like there to be more intense and inclusive studies into the matter.

Industry funded studies tend to be skewed to support the industry's initiative. These studies would need to exist outside of industry funding and also be be peer-reviewed. 

If this petition accumulates enough traction, I will personally start a fund raising campaign to help fund these studies and outreach for volunteers to be tested.
