Comcast Business and Comcast xfinity are always charging excessive rates for essential services and even in the midst of this pandemic. In addition to these excessive rates, excessive late charges and reconnection fees compound their over charging practices. The Comcast Business and xfinity residential services are inconsiderate to the customer needs and their online or virtual contacts are both unresponsive and nonexistent for concerns and complaints.  Contracts are complicated, unfair and unjust to the customers and always favor Comcast with penalties that are punishing and harassing towards the customer.

These services are essential to children and families who are trying their best to follow the recommended and required health and safety guidelines, while Comcast is insensitive these customer needs and our collective health and safety during a deadly pandemic.  Also, all businesses and especially small business depend on these essential services which are promised in Comcast deceptive marketing practiced but not delivered in a customer friendly or necessary manner.  These unfair, unjust and unresponsive practices have existed for years and Comcast continues be negligent in any attempts for resolutions.
