Any child under the age of 18 who goes missing regardless of circumstances should be classified as endangered missing, an alert should be designed and implemented similar to The Amber Alert system to alert the general public and a report and investigation should be started immediately. Local law enforcement should be required to immediately submit the missing information to National Missing Persons databases. So often these children are being classified as runaways, especially the "troubled" kids and searches are not started immediately and then they are found murdered but because the investigation did not start immediately valuable time and effort has been lost. The Amber Alert system requires confirmation of abduction and/or suspect or car description so many times this system can not and is not used, especially when LE deems them as runaways... (Example Delphi Teens Abby and Libby and Jholie Moussa)
