Laven Keith Crosby-Wise and Eli Robert Skillings stepped into the line of three government informants, 'Frosty', and two others, one from NC, and TN. Friend Oliver Bernhardi continues to support them, and defend them. They were approached on their constant discussions of child pornography through Xbox, and Frosty managed to get together that Laven had been marketing underage pornography of numerous ex-girlfriends of his, ranging from 10-16, with the youngest being 10. One of the victims, Haley Carr, had her nudes circulate her school, and dropped out, becoming homeschooled, due to massive bullying that ensued, especially after her friends, teachers and even parents saw the photos, with Haley attempting suicide multiple times. 

Wise and Skillings both worked together on this, and Skillings knew about the doings, but attempted to cover for Wise, who continued to sell the underage photos behind his girlfriend's backs. Frosty has informed the FBI, the Sedro-Woolley Police were informed, and the Cascade Middle School in Sedro-Woolley had both principals informed, both refusing to investigate, lying and claiming it would be investigated. Both principals, Laura Davis and Stephanie Bachmeier should be fired, but this is not the main issue. Oliver Bernhardi continues to support both Wise and Skillings, who have gained a massive support base in the Cascade Middle School, who continue to defend Wise strongly. 

This petition demands that Wise and Skillings have their phones searched, more specifically Laven's Instagram, @laven_wise, so that this matter is finally investigated, and ends in Wise and Skillings' arrests. They continue to stalk, harass and threaten people online, and Wise had been known to call girls "diabetic whores" and shame them for their conditions. Multiple YouTube videos, uploaded to user 'The Shame Game' exposes Wise and his actions, including audio evidence of his doings.
