We, the property owners of Fayette County, do hereby request that the Fayette County Commissioners rescind the 1.25% millage increase voted and approved on December 19, 2019 for the 2020 tax year.  The increase creates a hardship and undue burden on our taxpayers, especially the elderly, disabled and those individuals on fixed incomes.  Therefore, we the undersigned taxpayers of Fayette County, are urging our County Commissioners to immediately RESCIND the excessive and intolerable 22% tax increase.
