At birth I feel like the Mother gets all the power over the child and as parents we should have equal rights. Instead, of giving only the Mother the child Birth Certificate and Social Security Card. The Father should also receive his own copy of the child Birth Certificate and Social Security Card.

I believe as Father of four kids that I provide for I should have all documents on my children without having to ask for the Mother permission.

If this law is pass it would help a father establish his own helpful Support system for the child including  having his own family doctor having his own Bank accounts  establishing legacy and trust items such as life insurance , health insurance, and becoming beneficiary. Also help the father sign the child up for school and access medical records for the child period.
