Public Administrator/laws are given an authoritarian rule to parents not being able to see their kid....

People IN JAIL GET MORE VISITATION with family than FAMILY and KIDS/ADULTS W/SPECIAL NEEEDS!

I called 2 jails as I have no criminal record, (except 1 ticket not stopping at red light). An inmate with good behavior can Zoom call a family member when they want. Someone has to setup the account. Whereas an incapacitated person is only allowed when guardian says.... Right now, she nor I can call anytime we want. We get One-15 minute call/week. I don't know if they are going to call. I can't call them & I might not get a call at all. I have a letter from Licensed Professional Counselor stating I should have regular visitation.

The only thing that should keep me from seeing my kid is abuse!

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a term used to describe a group of conditions where there are deficits on communication, social interactions and restricted repetitive behaviors.
ASD covers many disorders including rett syndrome, aspergers syndrome, fragile X syndrome, pervasive development disorder and autistic disorder.
An estimated 5,437,988 or 2.21% of adults in the US have ASD. 1 in 54 children in the US have ASD.
Many of these kids reside in state run facilities or group homes or with host families. Many of these kids have been placed in these situations even though they have capable parents/parent to take care of them. These are the cases I wish to bring to light and hopefully affect change in legislation to give these kids every right and every chance to have a voice in treatment or living arrangements either on their own or through legal representation.
The current system affords the parents or guardian very little in communication or say in the treatment of their child. They are told how much they can see or talk to the child and are limited to phone calls. Parents in these situations have very little recourse and are not afforded the opportunity to raise their child even though they have done nothing wrong. These kids and these parents deserve a voice against the system and laws need to change to give them the ability to take care of their kids and to hold accountable the people who abuse the system.

As per my case:

I want visitation and guardianship of my kid! It should not be this difficult!!!
I have not seen a Truthful Reason as to why I cannot see my kid more than 2 hours/month.

SOMETHING IS SEVERELY WRONG and NEEDS TO BE FIXED
I am not the only Parent dealing with this Egregious Behavior by the people treating 5 million kids/adults dealing with ASD and/or with our 2 million kids/adults in institutions/host families/PA.
