I'm a father of 2 beautiful children have been kicked out of my family home and my children have been taken away from me. Not allowed to see them because there has been a domestic violence order against me due to constantly begging the x to let me come back to my family home of 14 years and to see my children (apparently this is enough for a dvo). It has nothing to do with my kids but they had to be brought into it (not by me). I get sent to prison for 10 days and am now on home detention 2 and a half hours away from my kids for sending 2 text messages asking to see my kids is the law fair on me ?
