Residents of Fareham & Stubbington are concerned about the building of residential and commercial buildings on land between the two areas.
The area has already been subjected to a by-pass going through the land and roads that have been built to relieve traffic are not working. A27 alterations and Newgate Lane.
Some residents believe that the local councillors have already earmarked the land and are blaming Central Government and are not putting up enough resistance if this is the case.
The aim of this poll is to show the local councillors and Central government that the need for housing and jobs is realised but not at the expense of existing residents who are already finding the build up of traffic a problem. The solution is for this land to be left as is and for alternative land with easier access to be found to avoid the congestion etc previously spoken about.
