Please Allow Cold Justice to Assist in the 2002 Jennifer Harris Murder Investigation
Jennifer was a granddaughter, daughter, sister, classmate, and friend. Jennifer's family, friends, along with the community, deserve the opportunity for the Cold Justice team to work alongside local law enforcement. Reviewing the case together, may help solve the case leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person responsible -- finally, getting Justice for Jennifer.

Please allow experts from Cold Justice to assist in the investigation of the 2002 murder of Jennifer Harris. While the desire to maintain integrity of the case for a successful prosecution is the reason help is being denied, until the case is solved, there will be no prosecution. Furthermore, District Attorney Richard Glaser, whose public office would be the one to prosecute the case, has stated that a new pair of eyes may be just what this case needs. Since the prosecuting agency welcomes the assistance from Cold Justice, the reason stated (to protect the prosecution) does not coincide with the DA's point of view. What's more, results of other cases that have been chosen to receive help from Cold Justice, appear to actually increase integrity and strengthen cases.
According to Wikipedia, Cold Justice involvement has resulted in investigative and prosecutorial success, as shared below:
"Cold Justice is an unscripted procedural drama on TNT. The series, produced by Dick Wolf, premiered on September 3, 2013, and follows former prosecutor Kelly Siegler and former crime scene investigator Yolanda McClary as they investigate unsolved murders. They only reopen cases with the consent of local law enforcement. As of January 2015, the two have helped local agencies secure 21 arrests, 11 criminal indictments, four confessions, three guilty pleas, and three murder convictions."
It is respectfully requested that you reconsider your decision and allow assistance from the Cold Justice team. It is so amazing that Fannin County has been chosen to receive this level of expertise to provide assistance. Imagine the comfort this could provide Jennifer's family, the experience this could provide your investigators, and the relief to the community that the killer may finally be identified and brought to justice.
