Residents of Fannin County, Georgia have been attempting to get a new library built for years.  A former rubber factory has been approved, without any input from the taxpayers.  This building has not been evaluated for toxic, black mold, nor for asbestos.  There is also standing water, as it appears to be located in a FEMA flood plain.  We think the taxpayers of Fannin, deserve a new library, not a sweetheart deal for the owner of this property. Please sign our petition requesting another location for this library.
