It is a short with the staffing in the Health care setting all over American. In hospitals and nursing homes etc.... That is called neglect the ratio of Health care professionals to patients need to be changed so all patients can have holistic care!!!! This will help Nurses and CNA from getting burned out. Amen again and again!!!
