My brother Anthony Michael Weatherly was visiting our family in California. Our little sister's boyfriend and my brother got into an argument. She put an excessive amount of methadone in a drink killing my brother. Now this happened on Barona Indian Reservation so a formal investigation was basically them walking throughout the house checking for illegal drugs. None were found due to the fact our sisters boyfriend is prescribed methadone. Now more proof came into play later on. There are screenshots of a conversation she had with Another family member. This proof was submitted to the.investigator who then stated it can.not be proven she sent the text. I am starting this petition so I can take this to a higher court and seek proper justice for my brother. All this being said I am seeking justice. I want my brother's killers to face imprisonment. It was not their decision when he was to die. Also this just in a neighbor of my sister contacted someone about the death saying something was wrong.
