I have began this petition with a pure intention of raising awareness for children’s rights to have time with their parents. 

I would like to begin with the obvious, fathers are not prioritised by the justice system to see their children. The main concern is the welfare of the children. In majority relationship separations the children are always affected. The truth is very important in this day and age. Children suffer enough but when they are stopped from seeing there fathers which affects their futures. I am speaking from experience. It is very common for children to live in a fatherless society.

I encourage all to continue reading the following facts that will be said in the following and raise awareness by signing this petition and encouraging others. The severity of the times we live in is crucial. Many fathers like myself are stopped from seeing our children and have to wait patiently for the justice system to help us. Unfortunately from my experience and statistics, it is very time consuming as I feel and believe as a parent that mothers are favoured in regards to this matter. The laws of this country states that fathers have 50/50 rights when it’s regarding their children’s welfare. As we all can see that fathers still have to pay maintenance which is important as fathers should provide for their children.

However, money is materialistic as time is priceless. So fathers and the children suffer a great loss in time spending due to mothers using the children as a form of punishment by not allowing parenting time. According to my recent research approximately 15000 to 18000 suicides are occurring on a yearly basis by fathers who have been denied access from the children. The consequences of this poor family law and courts system causes fathers to give up. 

We are all human beings but as we can all see humanity in us is decreasing day by day due to the new norm of society. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. For five minutes can we all sit down and think deeply how sad the reality is for fathers rights in the UK. The question is do we all actually understand from the child’s perspective? Or have these child custody battles become money making schemes for lawyers to get rich and courts to make rash decisions due to the high amount of cases in the family courts. 

Therefore, we can agree that basic morals of faith and humanity are decreasing rapidly. As we live in a Christian country. Even in the religion of Christianity, God watches over us and we are accounted for all our positive and negative actions. As actions speak louder than words. Unfortunately us fathers are suffering extremely, so could you imagine how the children suffer more as they are innocent due to their youth.

In conclusion, I have so much more to say. But I would sincerely request for all us human beings as one to research into this sad reality. We as fathers also the children need to be taken into consideration, desperately need the support from the public to help make a positive change to the family courts system. Many of us fathers work hard to get through this life, but children are a huge part in our lives. As human beings we never appreciate our parents until we have our children. Please stand with us to help these fatherless children. Let’s make a difference together as being United will make a difference for all of our lives. As a result, we shall teach the newer generation on how to be better human beings as this life is temporary! Let’s do this!!!
