As a FAMILY, we Blackhawkians reject the Ferguson Klan’s relocation request. 

Section 11:11 of the “Friends and Family Act of Blackhawk” strictly prohibits permanent relocations amongst neighbors who have become family. 

We, the Families of Blackhawk officially revoke your request and are in the process of obtaining the two signatures required to legally and permantly ban this motion.
