Calling all Bearden High School families:

Bearden High School has decided to remove assigned parking to students, thus creating a parking lot free for all. With this comes the elimination of the Senior and Junior lot. Students will be forced to jockey for parking, unsure of what lots have available space upon arrival to school. This will generate an increase in traffic during the morning, creating a chaotic situation for some inexperienced and new drivers. PLEASE continue to voice your opinion via email, Twitter and phone. As a student at Bearden High School, I believe that it is important to keep the Junior and Senior lot how they have been in the past. Keep designated parking to keep our students days more organized and safe.
