Hi 

My name is Virgie Wade 

I have been falsely accused of child abuse by my ex husband.

He is using my 14 year old daughter as a pawn to say I abused her 

She has mental health issues whereas she hurts herself at times.

On March 1st my daughter ran away from home in the early morning and  returned later that night

I took her to the hospital while there I was accused of child abuse

No investigation was done 

DCS text my phone only to say I had a hearing date

On March 23rd DCS came and took my 1 year old out my arms and my other children from school No investigation was done 

Court ordered for me not to have contact with my children 

I’m still confused because I didn’t receive anything far as what I’m being accused of and why

I’m a very good mother and I do all I can to protect my children and make sure they are healthy and safe

My ex husband never did anything for any of my children he only trying this to avoid child support 

By signing this petition you will be letting the world know a mother was wrongfully accused and her children should be returned to her
