Police have been using this tactic for years where they bring a scent dog around your vehicle after you decline a search of your vehicle during a traffic stop and the sits and that’s gives them the right to search , these dogs are trained to commands and even when they really pick up no scent there given a command to sit so it’s probably cause to search ,this needs to stop ,the police are using it as a loophole to search anyone they want ,the numbers need to be realeased of how many time times a dog hits a scent and how many times that turned up illegal contraband.this has happened to so many people and nothing was in the vehicle, thus gives police an open invitation to have access to search anyone they want and get away with it
