Why this petition matters

Started by Mary Kovacs

On July 18  2005, two police officers intered my home without permission and ripped me from the arms of my 15 year old daughter and 18 year old son accusing me of uttering a death threat to my ex spouse, their father which never happened.

My ex took our 16 year old daughter to the mall calling the police stating he took the 3 kids, 15, 16 and 18 year old out of the house because he feared their lives.

Police officer 310902 THOMAS, DANIEL, London Ontario stated "be grateful we are taking you to the cells and not the morgue ".

On July 27, 2005, my birthday my ex husband called the police and had me falsely arrested the second time because my 15 year old daughter called to wish me a Happy birthday and that she wanted to see me. I drove a block from the family home and followed court orders.

I did not break breach and officer 258331 MICHALSKI, ANDREW did not take my witness seriously stating she was an F'ing liar and proceeded to place me behind bars. Once again charges were withdrawn but my life was shattered after loosing it all including my 3 teenage children and was sentenced to the streets as a loving disabled mother never to hear their voice again until December 2021 on ZOOM TRIAL.

On November 7, 2005 both charges were WITHDRAWN and l have not seen my 3 kids ever since.

Parental Alienation is Child abuse due to domestic violence by Proxy and mental health.

Today 17 year later I am brought back to trial saying I wanted nothing to do with my now adult children as my ex husband is trying to recharge me of false allegations seeking money.

Trial continues in September 06-09,  2022 in London Ontario Canada,  Family Court.

Time to hold false allegations accountable by domestic violence offenders.
