There is a big time delay in issue of aged parent contributory visa .Though we pay 47600$ per parent to get them Australian PR,and waiting time was 2yrs.But now after COVID me personally and lot of other migrant children are waiting for more than 5 yrs and paying for the private insurance for the health cover.Their eligibility to apply for age pension start 10 yrs after they get their PR  .My request from government is if they already been here in last so many years ,and they are already in their eighties ,there time to get age pension start from the time of applying for application ,because we are still paying the premium amount but our parents won’t be able to avail the healthcare facilities for not many years for the amount we are paying to government ,one should get concession in time period to apply for age pension.
