Irving has harassed girls in the past. On October 1st he sexually assaulted a girl during 3rd period and was caught on the schools cameras. The school then procced to suspend him for 3 days. He gets to stay on the football team and come back to school. It is a habit of his and there is a pattern forming. He needs to be expelled. School cares more about "devious licks" than a sexual assault during school hours. The school wont press charges because nothing was heard on the cameras. We cannot let him continually assault people. The school should've dealt with this privately so I'm dealing with it publicly. The school failed and we as a student body cannot.
