Why this petition matters

Started by Katherine Bennett

I am sharing this petition because of how cancer affects each and every one of us, either personal or a family member. With 1 in 2 of us diagnosed with cancer, I would like to share my story about terminal care.

my best friend, Ronnie, was diagnosed with terminal colon cancer nearly 10 months ago. He’s still alive but barely existing.

because of where the inoperable tumour is, they cannot operate. This means the cancer continues to grow and Ronnie has been bed bound and unable to eat solid foods for over 4 months now. He is starving to death.
As much respect we have for the McMillan nurses, it’s not enough. We cannot leave our friends in this state! He has faught and campaigned for YOUR rights for decades. Please show your support and sign the petition to enable our friends and family to chose dignity in their own terms and manner
