Over the years, various agents of the state and other members of the society have discriminated against Rastafari. We demand that the government of Jamaica establish a written policy condemning ALL forms of discrimination against Rastafari, and authorize the Office of the Public Defender to investigate reported cases and prosecute perpetrators.
