THIS IS HOW WE TAKE OUR PROVINCE BACK.

Now is the time for change before the province is lost to a split conservative vote and NDP government in the next election.

Kenney has to be removed as party leader. "We" conservatives are strong but when divided lose that strength.

At this point option 2) is the only way to have Kenney removed and send a message that we the people control this province not politicians.

Instead of sharing posts about how brutal Kenney is as our leader it is time to hold our MLAs accountable.

1)The legislature can pass a motion of non-confidence in the government, or vote against the government on a “matter of confidence” like a budget or throne speech. In practice, this would only happen during a minority legislature, when the opposition parties collectively outnumber the government party. If this happens immediately after the minority legislature was elected, it may result in a different party becoming the government, and its leader becoming the new premier. If a no-confidence vote happens after the minority government has already been serving for some time since the last election, then the premier would remain in power for the immediate term but would be forced to have an immediate election, which they might lose to another party.

2)The premier’s own party can turn against him/her and force him/her to resign. This would most likely happen behind closed doors and so the public might not know to what extent the premier was forced out vs stepped down voluntarily. But since the premier derives all their power from their control of the governing party, no premier can stay in power without their own party’s support. In this case the governing party would remain in power, but would choose a new leader to be the premier.

3)And of course, any time a general election happens, voters can remove the premier by giving a different party more seats.
