If Facebook detects that a post has information that is considered "false-news", they add a cover over the post alerting others of this. 

Motivated by National Infertility Awareness Week, and having a personal connection to this issue, along with 1/8 women (and families because guys have dreams of having children too), I feel that Facebook could easily add the same ability to add an additional step for folks to avoid trauma caused (unintentionally) by pregnancy or birth announcements, or posts about death, murder, racism, other crimes, or other mental health matters, and maybe perhaps bringing awareness to these types of emotional needs in our friend lists.
