If you have a nightmare inducing spider phobia, having to run across these random, awful pics on Facebook can be traumatic.  I’ve encountered close ups, eyes, hair…and the worst one that just prompted me to put my foot down and create this petition was a spider covered in a bunch of baby spiders.  My skin is crawling and I may never recover.  

I’d like to ask Facebook to use their identification algorithms to identify terrifying images and give us a setting option to automatically add a warning and cover up certain types of photos so we don’t have to encounter them.  This would be good for the things people are frequently terrified of…spiders, snakes, etc.

Please, Facebook - I beg you!!
