The signers of this Petition, request that Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, be censured for her actions subsequent to the address by the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump on the State of the Nation on February 4, 2020.

Speaker Pelosi's actions, as seen with her seated directly behind the President were a total distraction to the viewing public, American citizens and citizenry around the world; but more important her actions indicated her utter contempt and disrespect - not just to President Trump, but  to the office he holds which should be respected regardless of the Speaker's own feelings of personal animosity to who the President is. 

And finally, with the ripping up of the official document - the President's signed speech - in front of millions, Speaker Pelosi willfully shamed, not just herself, but the very office she holds and should be severely admonished and censured, if not asked to resign from the office she holds.
