Even before the pandemic started, millions of people on a daily basis, see different types of videos via ads, Facebook Watch and personal videos.
Many users see videos sent by families and friends that do not have the benefit of live or self generated captioning like Youtube.
It's harder especially for users who may be Deaf, hard of hearing or simply have some hearing loss to receive videos from loved ones or friends without the benefit of captions.
Youtube has the live/self-generated captioning and is enjoyed by millions of users.
It's time for Facebook to add the option of live/self-generated captioning.
