For years now, Social media has been silencing, censoring and shadowbanning alternative and non-democrat voices online with algorithms which filter their content and users indiscriminately.

Facebook, Twitter, Google and YouTube continuously place account bans on accounts from posting, commenting, sharing, tweeting, retweeting, subscribing and interacting, with no redress for the user to be able to challenge it or reach a representative of the company to have it reviewed and lifted in a reasonable time.

Facebook, Twitter, Google and YouTube are global organizations, which have huge influence on people and their decisions and actions each day, but continuously block or filter users who promote a non democrat viewpoint and place their message and content far down in the feed and search results.

The time has come for them to put live reps in place 24/7 who can talk to users who experience this and fix it in real time and end the censoring and banning of alternative and non democrat voices, opinions and view points online. Our first amendment right must be respected and protected.

The latest form of censorship was Twitter automatically including users in a site-wide "Quality Filter Discrimination" shadowban which prevents anyone not already following them from viewing their tweets or denies people from viewing certain posts altogether with a "sensitive content" filter.

In most cases, there is nothing sensitive about the content Twitter is targetting, going as far as censoring simple mainstream stories posted by journalists it included on the shadowban.

Google, YouTube and Facebook have used similar algorithms in the past to target alternative voices online on an arbitrary basis, without any chance to make an appeal.

We demand that Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Google put an end to this form of censorship through continued congressional inquiries and a congressional move towards a digital online rights act, attached to the first amendment to secure free speech online and force global companies like these which have substantial influence in elections and voters opinions and decisions at the polls to stop this practice and allow the free exchange of information online.

We Demand that Google, Facebook YouTube and Twitter establish a 24/7 customer support number or live chat system with real persons who are able to look at the reason for ban or censorship, explain it and address and correct it in real time and make those numbers and live chat systems publicly available to the users.

We further demand that The U.S. Congress (Senate and House) and The President of The United States, move towards and establish a digital online rights act, attached to the first amendment to secure free speech online for ALL voices and views and force companies like these which have monopolized and have a substantial influence in elections and voters opinions and decisions at the polls to stop this practice and allow the free exchange of information online, to include a ban on online censoring of the freedom of the press and journalism for ALL view points. Our rights must be protected and acknowledged.

I started this petition because...
American Patriot News Network has started this petition to end the online censoring of non democrat view points and messages.

We have started this petition to force the companies listed in it to do what is right and ethical and to force congressional action to secure our freedoms and first amendment rights online by means of a digital online rights act.

We have started this petition to ensure that companies like these which have broad, massive reach and the means, ability and influence to change voter opinion and election results via the information they choose to allow to be visible to the public, are held accountable and required by means of a digital online rights act to allow ALL views and opinions to be seen, voiced and heard, not just one side.
